Job summary

Sapphire Recruitment is seeking an Electronics Test Engineer in the Syracuse, NY area to lead testing, validation, and quality initiatives for advanced RF monitoring and passive radar products throughout the product lifecycle.

You will work closely with engineering and manufacturing to develop test plans, analyze data, and drive improvements, while supporting certifications, documentation, and production testing.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree in Electronics or related field.
• Experience troubleshooting RF and digital circuits to component level.
• Hands-on use of RF test equipment and measurement tools.
• Experience in product development lifecycle and validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional, environmental, reliability, and qualification testing across the product lifecycle.
• Develop and execute validation plans for prototypes, production, and customer testing.
• Analyze test data and recommend design improvements for reliability.
• Coordinate field evaluations and customer qualification testing.
• Partner with engineering to verify performance and improve designs.
• Create testing procedures, documentation, and support certifications.
• Support manufacturing with production testing and troubleshooting.
