Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair AC and DC electromechanical equipment.
• Disassemble, inspect, replace worn parts, reassemble and test.
• Supervise a team of motor technicians and provide feedback.
• Ensure work meets company quality standards.
• Provide on-the-job training as needed.
