Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Applied Technology or related field.
• Alternative: 25+ years of related work experience with high school education or equivalent.
• Shift work is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead production, rework, assembly, and test of complex electronic systems/LRUs/PCBA's.
• Lead technicians/assemblers through this process.
• Coordinate with suppliers/vendors to keep factory flow on schedule.
• Perform assembly and test tasks.
• Coordinate PCBA soldering to IPC standards, troubleshoot circuits/PCBA's, and test activities.
• Coordinate with QA.
• Manage all parts, assemblies, and components for the department.
• Request quotes from suppliers and create P.O.'s as needed.
• Lay out production flows and lead technicians to meet schedules and budgets.
