Job summary

Qualifications

  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Electronics or mechanical training or certifications preferred.
  • Experience with schematic capture, PCB layout, and CAD tools is expected or desired.
  • Familiarity with test equipment such as oscilloscopes and multimeters is advantageous.
  • Reading electronic design documentation and using CAD programs for 3D modeling is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Support R&D by designing, fabricating, assembling, testing, and maintaining electronics and electromechanical hardware.
  • Use CAD for schematic capture, PCB design, and 3D modeling.
  • Assist in fabrication, assembly, testing, and inspection of PCBs and assemblies.
  • Soldering and mechanical packaging tasks are expected.
  • Read schematics and interpret design documentation to support development of new designs.
