Tactical Aerospace is a prime supplier for aerospace and avionic quality technology on new and legacy defense systems. We design and build complex electronic systems (Printed Circuit Board Assemblies and LRU's) and test systems.
Lead and coordinate technicians/assemblers and work with Management, Program Management, and engineers in the production of LRU's and test systems. Meet schedule and budget targets for production. Typically a low rate, high mix environment. Analyze/ set-up/lay out production flows for complex electronic LRU's and lead/coordinate the production of complex electronic LRU's/systems/sub-systems/test equipment. Tasks will also include testing, trouble shooting and reworking PCBA's. Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal organizations to coordinate and manage issues in the supply chain, inventory, kitting, manufacturing, testing and shipping. This position is on-site at the SwRI San Antonio, TX campus.
