Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is hiring a Lead Assembly Operator in Plano, TX for a full-time, 1st shift (Mon-Fri). You will assemble, inspect, and test electronic products on-site, following quality and safety standards while meeting production goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and the ability to read drawings and work instructions. Expect a fast-paced manufacturing environment with ESD and 5S practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read and follow technical documents/work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment.
• Occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to safety practices, including ESD.

Responsibilities

• Assemble PCBA and box-build products following work instructions and drawings.
• Perform manual/mechanical assembly tasks (fastening, wiring, labeling, soldering as assigned).
• Use hand tools, torque drivers, soldering/test equipment and other production tools safely.
• Inspect assemblies for defects and verify correct orientation and installation.
• Complete production/inspection records and maintain material/assembly traceability.
