Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking a Site Lead/Sr Tech to manage installation and site operations for security solutions in the Indiana/South Bend area. You will coordinate internal and external teams, train replacements, and work closely with project managers to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 5-7 years of physical/electronic security experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of electronic security systems, their individual parts, and the onsite labor necessary to complete an installation.
• Working knowledge of general access control systems.
• Skills/experience using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.

Responsibilities

• Follow and track project scheduling.
• Direct subcontractor, internal resource communications.
• Manage and coordinate multiple technicians and subcontractors.
• Read and understand written specifications, drawings and controlling documents. Maintain current and accurate documentation of systems.
• Perform installation and training as required on implemented control systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain new and existing control systems for customers.
• Coordinate project activities with appropriate parties internally and externally.
• Document and communicate necessary project changes and subsequently implement the changes.
• Perform all work in a manner consistent with policies, procedures, and standards.
• Complete the final Test and Acceptance of security systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
