Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking a Site Lead to manage installation and service of security solutions for new and existing clients, coordinating internal and external teams.

You will train replacements, provide daily updates to the project manager, and ensure adherence to drawings, specs, and testing procedures. The role requires 5-7 years of security experience and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of general access control systems. Lenel and Genetec knowledge is preferred.
• Thorough understanding of electronic security systems, their parts, and the onsite labor to install.

Responsibilities

• Follow and track project scheduling.
• Direct subcontractor, internal resource communications.
• Manage and coordinate multiple technicians and subcontractors.
• Read and understand written specs, drawings and controlling documents. Maintain current documentation.
• Perform installation and training on control systems.
• Troubleshoot and maintain security systems for customers.
• Coordinate project activities with internal and external parties.
• Document and communicate project changes and implement them.
• Complete final Test and Acceptance of security systems.
