Job summary

NPI, a Duravant company, seeks an experienced Electromechanical Assembly Technician (Level III) in Fort Worth, TX. You will lead advanced wiring and assembly tasks for conveyor and automation systems, mentor junior assemblers, and contribute to on-time delivery and KPIs.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on electrical assembly, ability to read schematics, and a strong problem-solving mindset in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years hands-on electrical assembly experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions, assembly drawings, and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and wire electrical components, connectors, terminals, and contact points using schematics and diagrams.
  • Cut, route, comb, twist, wrap, tie, and attach wires to terminal points per specifications.
  • Disassemble, modify, rework, refurbish, and reassemble components as needed.
  • Interpret and work from production blueprints, wiring diagrams, parts lists, wire lists, sketches, and verbal instructions.
  • Lead 5S activities and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Mentor and train junior technicians.
