Qualifications

• Ability to train and coach others.
• Strong knowledge of automated equipment and production processes.
• Able to handle small components and microscope work.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to read and follow technical instructions and procedures.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing production needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor semi-automated and fully automated assembly equipment.
• Serve as primary resource for Automation Operators on equipment and processes.
• Train, onboard, coach, and provide ongoing guidance to Automation Operators.
• Coordinate daily workflow to meet production schedules and goals.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor adjustments and routine maintenance.
• Monitor product quality and address quality concerns.
• Inspect components and finished products to verify specs.
• Identify process improvements to enhance safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Collaborate with Assembly Technicians, Engineering, Quality, and Production leadership to resolve production issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate equipment concerns and downtime.
• Support standardized work practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
