Qualifications

• Guide decisions across electrical, mechanical, and integrated designs balancing performance, manufacturability, reliability, and cost.
• Lead advanced prototyping, testing, verification, and resolution of technical challenges using data-driven analysis.
• Collaborate with clinical stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate customer insights into solutions.
• Drive innovation through invention disclosures, patent development, and evaluation of new technologies.
• Mentor engineers and influence cross-functional technical teams to raise standards.
