Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Senior Staff Electrical Engineer to lead complex electrical design and shape system architecture for advanced electromechanical medical devices. You will drive design, verification, and launch, collaborating with R&D, Systems, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing and Clinical teams.

You will mentor engineers, apply advanced circuit design, testing, and statistical methods, and identify new technologies to improve performance, reliability, and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 6+ years of progressive engineering experience.
• Strong experience in electrical system and PCBA design.
• Ability to lead and mentor engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex electrical design and development through design, verification, and launch.
• Define electrical system architecture for complex devices.
• Provide leadership in PCBA, motor control, and system integration.
