Job summary

United Alloy is seeking a hands-on Maintenance & Facilities Technician for the Janesville, WI facility. The role covers general building, grounds and equipment maintenance with a Sunday–Thursday night shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, overtime as needed.

You will troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, perform PMs, follow 5S practices, and ensure safe operations in a manufacturing environment. Strong reading of instructions and ERP familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• Electro-Mechanical degree preferred or strong technical background in electrical, hydraulics, PLCs, pneumatics, HVAC.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
• Follow maintenance tickets and PM schedules; adhere to 5S practices.
• Record time and labor in the data collection system.
• Maintain building and grounds; inspect and service equipment.
