Job summary

PS Seasoning is seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician for the 3rd shift (10pm–6am) in Iron Ridge, WI. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electromechanical systems across production lines to ensure safety and quality.

The role requires 5–7 years in electromechanical maintenance, an associate degree or certification, and proficiency with 24V/120V systems, PLCs, and TIG welding. You’ll work with a collaborative team and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or certification required or preferred in Electromechanical Technologies.
• 5–7 years of electromechanical maintenance experience.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• TIG welding to 3A sanitary standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular and emergency maintenance on conveyors, packaging machines, and automated systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair 24V and 120V control voltage systems, including PLC diagnosis.
• Conduct mechanical repairs on pneumatic and hydraulic systems; assist fabrication.
• Install and commission new equipment, upgrades, and retrofits.
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Maintain detailed documentation of repairs and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with technicians, engineers, and production staff.
