Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Anaheim, CA seeks an Assembly D to perform complex electro-mechanical assembly, rework, and repair in production. You will apply soldering per ANSI-J-STD-001 and interpret drawings, ECOs, and quality standards while supporting team execution and safety.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary with 4+ years related experience, plus strong attention to detail and ability to lead when needed. Military hardware background preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent; 8+ years relevant experience or 2 years post-secondary with 4+ years related experience.
• 4–7 years assembling electro-mechanical subassemblies and cabinetry for hardware and systems.
• Experience with military hardware and requirements preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, ECOs, and engineering documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex electro-mechanical assembly, rework, and repair per work instructions and specs.
• Apply soldering to ANSI-J-STD-001 requirements when needed.
• Select and use assembly tools and lift parts up to 50 pounds.
• Operate lifting devices safely and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Document build sequences and update assembly status in computer systems.
• Provide guidance and training to teammates on new processes and sequences.
• Lead when required to support production continuity.
