You will supervise, train, and mentor assembly technicians, coordinate with Quality Assurance and Engineering, and implement lean practices to reduce waste while improving throughput.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a supervisor or lead in manufacturing/assembly.
• Experience with high-precision hand assembly and small components.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to guide a diverse team.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ERP/MRP systems experience, SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor assembly technicians on hand-assembly processes.
• Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor workflows; identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Engineering for seamless operations.
• Create and supervise recovery plans for gaps in commitments.
