Ecore International in the United States is seeking a Maintenance Lead to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical production equipment while guiding the maintenance team.

The Maintenance Lead serves as a key resource for maintenance personnel, production teams, and other departments to ensure equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and maintain a safe, productive work environment. May assume supervisory responsibilities during the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor.

Formación

• EM2 level leadership experience required; EM3 level preferred.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience with at least one year in a leadership role.
• Ability to self-manage and lead with limited supervision during shift.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting with 110/240/480 V; welding and fabrication skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support maintenance team daily; prioritize repair requests.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical production equipment.
• Support PM programs and planned maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with Purchasing for parts and inventory management.
• Promote safe work practices and adherence to quality standards.
• Step into supervisory duties during absence of Maintenance Supervisor.
