Stellantis Electrified Propulsion Powertrain team is seeking an Electrified Powertrain Controls Specialist to define system-level strategies, architecture, and delivery of advanced electrified powertrain systems. You will lead cross-program integration across STLA, BEV, REEV, HEV, and drive innovation in torque coordination, energy optimization, diagnostics, and advanced control approaches.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering field
8 years of experience in controls/software engineering
Recognized expertise in propulsion control systems
Proven leadership in delivering production systems
Strong influence across organizations

Responsibilities

Define control strategies and architecture at system/vehicle level
Lead development and integration across multiple programs (STLA, BEV, REEV, HEV)
Drive complex algorithm design and optimization
Ensure robustness through full V-cycle (MIL/SIL/HIL/vehicle)
Lead resolution of critical issues and crisis situations
Define standards, methods, and best practices
Drive innovation (advanced control, AI/optimization approaches)
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and coaching
Interface with leadership and global stakeholders
