Qualifications

• 1. High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2. Texas Journeyman or Master License current.
• 3. Seven years of experience in the trade.
• 4. Must speak/read/understand English.
• 5. Class B CDL or ability to obtain within six months of employment.
• 6. Clean driving record per Texas School Bus Driver’s requirements.
• 7. Working knowledge of electrical codes and ordinances.
• 8. Ability to read, understand and edit specs/prints for new constructions.

Responsibilities

• 1. Perform responsibilities of Electrician I-IV.
• 2. Maintain good working relationships with colleagues.
• 3. Serve as first contact for problems, concerns or grievances.
• 4. Recommend addressing disciplinary issues to Electrical Foreman.
• 5. Keep Foreman updated on daily activities.
• 6. Coordinate and assist with modifications, work orders, emergencies and large projects.
• 7. Perform other duties as assigned by Maintenance Management Team.
• 8. Regular and reliable attendance is essential.
