Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise Crafts department personnel and related work.
• Develop and implement new employee orientation.
• Oversee installation, maintenance and repair of carpentry, flooring, locksmith, painting, roofing, welding, lockers and bleachers throughout the district.
• Read and interpret specifications and operational criteria.
• Manage preventive maintenance program for craft systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with building administrators on schedules and repairs.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and equipment is maintained.
