Responsibilities

• Cooperates to keep district facilities in good repair and safe for use.
• Install, repair, and wire load centers, switch panels, and electrical controls.
• Install or update electrical equipment and perform preventive maintenance inspections.
• Ensure availability of required parts, tools, and equipment at work site.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain current Journeyman license; complete annual Code Update course.
• Respond to emergencies as needed; may work nights or varying shifts.
• Keep vehicle stocked with tools and materials; perform other maintenance duties as assigned.
