Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Texas Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Minimum five years locksmith experience.
• Ability to demonstrate master locksmith skills and read blueprints.
• Knowledge of key codes, duplication, master keying and labeling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee major projects in the Locks Department.
• Plan, install, service, and maintain mechanical and electronic locking systems per blueprints.
• Support Facilities & Planning with new construction and renovations.
• Receive and complete work orders; inspect and ensure cleanliness on completion.
• Maintain confidential log of system codes and records.
