Allegiance Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrician Foreman to oversee and coordinate a crew of electricians on commercial and industrial electrical installations, maintenance, and repair projects.

The foreman will balance hands-on work with leadership responsibilities while ensuring adherence to NEC, OSHA, and company standards. The role requires strong mentoring abilities, experience interpreting blueprints, and coordinating with project managers to ensure on-time project

Qualifications

• 3+ years of foreman experience in electrical trade.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics and technical documents.
• Experience leading and mentoring electricians and apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct a team of electricians and apprentices on industrial sites.
• Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to crew members based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades for timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company policies.
• Interpret drawings and guide electrical installations and maintenance.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate junior electricians and apprentices.
