Job summary

Allegiance Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrician Foreman to oversee daily activities of a team of electricians on commercial and industrial electrical installations, maintenance, and repair projects.

The foreman will provide hands-on electrical work while leading the crew, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with NEC, OSHA standards, and company policies. This position offers a pay rate of $32 to $45+ per hour, depending on skills and experience, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of foreman experience in the electrical trade.
• Understanding of electric power engineering.
• Field experience coordinating with construction management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct a team of electricians and apprentices on industrial job sites or within a facility.
• Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to crew members based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion.
• Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC), OSHA safety standards, and company policies.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to guide electrical installations and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues related to industrial equipment, motors, panels, and control systems.
• Manage inventory of tools, materials, and equipment, and ensure their proper use and maintenance.
• Conduct safety meetings, job hazard assessments, and ensure proper use of PPE and Lockout/Tagout procedures.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of junior electricians and apprentices.
• Complete job reports, timesheets, and other documentation accurately and on time.
