Edge Electric in Austin, TX is seeking a Foreman Electrician to supervise crews on job sites, coordinate schedules, read blueprints, install and troubleshoot electrical systems, and ensure compliance with NEC and local codes.

The ideal candidate has a Journeyman license, 5+ years as a Journeyman with at least 2 years in supervision, and strong leadership and communication skills. Travel, overtime, and mentoring responsibilities are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license required.
• 5+ years as a Journeyman Electrician with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work overtime as needed.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and lead a team of electricians and apprentices on job sites.
• Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical drawings.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems, including wiring, conduit, panels, and fixtures.
• Ensure work is compliant with NEC, local codes, and safety regulations.
