Job summary

Construction Job Force is seeking an Electrician Foreman to oversee electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on residential and light commercial projects. You will lead a team of workers, ensuring code compliance and timely delivery across new construction, fit-outs, and service work.

You will read blueprints, interpret schematics, and perform rough‑in, trim‑out, and finish work while coordinating with project managers and customers.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of electrical experience in residential and commercial settings.
• Proven ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical systems and components.
• Solid knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes and safe work practices.
• Experience leading or mentoring mechanics, technicians, and apprentices.
• Experience with multiple voltage levels (120V, 208V, 227V, 480V).
• Owns appropriate hand tools and PPE; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical work on residential and commercial projects, ensuring quality and timelines.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems per specs.
• Perform rough‑in, trim‑out, and finish electrical work to complete projects.
• Read blueprints and construction drawings to plan installations.
• Install and terminate panels, breakers, lighting, switches, and receptacles.
• Pull wire and install conduit (EMT, PVC, rigid); complete branch wiring.
• Coordinate with managers, inspectors, and customers for project execution.
• Maintain safe, organized work sites and manage materials.
