Job summary

Boys Electrical Contractors in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking a Foreman to lead a field crew on commercial electrical projects. You will plan daily work, coordinate labor and materials, read blueprints, and ensure safety and quality while meeting schedule.

You will work with the Superintendent and Project Manager, develop less experienced electricians, complete daily reports, and ensure NEC compliance and project specs.

Qualifications

• Five years of commercial electrical construction experience.
• Experience leading crews on commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical plans.
• Experience installing commercial electrical systems (underground, rough-in, trim-out, finish).
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Office).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support electricians, mechanics, and apprentices.
• Plan daily work and keep crew productive.
• Read blueprints, lay out work, and solve field issues.
• Perform hands‑on electrical work (underground, rough‑in, trim‑out, equipment install).
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and deliveries with Superintendent/PM.
• Ensure work meets NEC, specs, and company standards.
• Promote a safe jobsite and enforce safety policies.
• Train and develop less experienced electricians.
• Complete daily reports and production updates.
