Hensel Phelps is seeking an Electrician III to supervise and perform advanced electrical duties for a client. The role includes installation, preventative maintenance, and ensuring code compliance across projects, with state and federal regulatory adherence.

You will supervise a team, troubleshoot complex controls, and handle high-level electrical systems. Applicants should have a Journeyman Electrician License and 6+ years of experience, including supervisory capabilities.

Formación

• Journeyman Electrician License required.
• 6+ years experience as electrician or combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years supervising experience and conflict resolution.
• Able to read/understand instructions and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Basic computer skills (internet, email).

Responsabilidades

• Independently troubleshoot controls and power electrical systems.
• Oversee removal/ replacement of motors, starters, relays, limit switches, fuses, and primary control components.
• Supervise and troubleshoot primary electronic systems using ladder logic, diagrams, and schematics.
• Perform new installation wiring hookups and upgrade equipment.
• Inspect and repair wiring on electrical devices; support high-level mechanical/electrical repairs.
• Work on building systems including transfer switches, UPS, generators, PV systems.
• Interpret Federal, State, and local codes; adhere to safety standards.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; supervise team and resolve conflicts.
