Service Champions NorCal, a Bay Area home services leader, seeks Lead Electricians to join our team in Livermore/Bay Area. You will read blueprints, install electrical systems, and mentor apprentices while delivering high-quality electrical work in residential settings.

Qualifications

• California Electrical Certification (residential or general) or equivalent.
• ET card with sufficient hours for residential journeyman certification or C-10 license.
• Minimum of 3 years residential electrical wiring, repair and troubleshooting.
• Reading blueprints and installing/conduiting wiring in new or existing settings.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, run conduits, wire and terminate devices, and perform quality control testing.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems in both new and existing settings.
• Mentor electrical apprentices and ensure safe, efficient work practices.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and professional uniform; operate on ladders/roofs safely.

• Can lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device
• Must be able to work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely and on ladders and/or roofs medium to high heights
• Maintain well-groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform and work shoes
• California Electrical Certification (residential or general), ET card with enough hours for residential journeyman certification OR C-10 License
• Minimum of 3 years residential electrical wiring, repair and troubleshooting all aspects of the Electrical System
• Ability to read blueprints, run conduits, wire and terminate devices, perform quality control testing, and troubleshooting
• Working knowledge of installing electrical systems in a new and existing setting
• Detail oriented with good time management skills
• Can lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 75 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device
• Must be able to work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely and on ladders and/or roofs medium to high heights
• Maintain well-groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform and work shoe
• Service Titan experience preferred

Hourly rate $32.00 - $45.00 depending on experience and certification / plus production and quarterly bonus opportunity
