We are hiring for an Electrical Service Manager to work out of our Livermore Service Center. The successful candidate will be able to work efficiently, have great attention to detail, have exceptional multi-tasking skills, be organized, and be able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This is a salaried, exempt, at-will position, with additional earning incentives. This is a full-time position. Must be able to work full shifts as needed.

The Service Manager is the leader and manager of the Service Electricians at their assigned center. Primary responsibility is to provide leadership, coaching and training to the Service Electricians and one on one mentoring. Additional tasks include client satisfaction, meeting budgeted sales, gross margin, and pre-tax profit. The Service Manager is expected to work with cross-functional teams to ensure the center runs smoothly in all aspects.
