Job summary

Service Champions NorCal is seeking skilled Service Electricians to join our team, based out of Rocklin, CA, serving Sacramento and nearby communities. You’ll deliver reliable electrical solutions for residential customers, upholding safety, quality, and exceptional service.

With 3+ years in residential electrical work, you’ll diagnose issues, operate a company vehicle, and foster strong client relationships while advancing in a growth-oriented, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of residential electrical service experience.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair best practices.
• Adheres to safety codes, PPE standards, and job site safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical service, repair, and maintenance for residential customers.
• Diagnose issues and deliver safe, code-compliant solutions.
• Operate a company vehicle and maintain a professional appearance.

As a Service Electrician, you’ll be the trusted expert our clients rely on. Your day-to-day will include

• Performing electrical service, repair, and maintenance for residential customers.
• Diagnosing issues and delivering effective, safe, and code-compliant solutions.
• Operating a company vehicle while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
• Building strong customer relationships by clearly explaining solutions and options.
• Promoting our MVP Client Loyalty Program and identifying opportunities for system upgrades.
• Ensuring each project is completed with the highest level of safety, quality, and professionalism.

We’re looking for a motivated professional who is

• Certified & Experienced At least 3 years of residential electrical service experience (Residential Journeyman Certification, C-10 license OR ET Card with enough hours to take residential journeyman certification exam.)
• Knowledgeable Solid understanding of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repair best practices.
• Safety-Focused Adheres to safety codes, PPE standards, and job site safety protocols.
• Physically Capable Able to lift 75 lbs., work in varying weather conditions, and perform tasks on ladders or rooftops.
• Professional Clean, well-groomed appearance with a positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
