Job summary

Vertiv in Atlanta seeks a capable Electrical Engineer to troubleshoot, test, and inspect electrical apparatus. You will lead projects with some supervision and perform related assignments to ensure quality and compliance.

Responsibilities include testing power distribution systems, relay calibration, and documenting findings. Expect travel 50% and engagement in business development as part of project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with technical project experience.
• NETA exam passed or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and industry standards such as OSHA/NFPA.

Responsibilities

• Test and inspect electrical power distribution systems and perform maintenance.
• Lead project work on assigned tasks, including scope and pricing where appropriate.
• Prepare complete reports and assist with project billing and documentation.
• Support business development and travel as required, including out-of-town work and international travel.
• Coordinate with clients and peers to ensure project success and compliance with standards.
