Job summary

Raytheon seeks a Principal Electrical Engineer – Test to design, develop and integrate advanced products within multidisciplinary teams. You will build engineering and production test systems, cabling, schematics and circuit designs, while guiding technical, cost and schedule aspects of projects.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, analysis and testing skills, experience with schematic capture tools, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires Bachelor’s degree in STEM and a minimum of eight years of prior relevant experience OR an advanced degree and five years of relevant experience.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
• Experience with electrical engineering design to include troubleshooting, analysis, and test.
• Experience with electrical design tools and test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and integrate Raytheon products within multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop engineering and production test systems and cabling.
• Manage technical, cost and schedule aspects of projects.
• Identify and resolve issues in test product development.
