Job summary

Beitzel Corporation is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead large-scale electrical projects across multiple industries. You will oversee field operations, guide crews, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence while maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams.

The role requires ownership of site supervision, daily planning, and risk mitigation, with travel and overnight stays as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in industrial electrical construction, installation, and maintenance.
• Master Electrical License in at least one state.
• Strong knowledge of safety and construction regulations, including the NEC.
• Ability to troubleshoot on-the-job issues effectively and efficiently.
• Strong knowledge of supervisory functions relating to field activities including scheduling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct site-specific tasks with Project Management and other groups.
• Monitor subcontractors to ensure compliance with specs and schedules; prepare 3 Week Look-Ahead schedules.
• Assist in developing daily PODs (Plan of Day) with Project Management.
• Identify and communicate issues from the field that could jeopardize the project.
• Prepare T&M tickets, daily production reports, receipts, and other job paperwork.
• Plan manpower, equipment, and supplies; communicate needs to Management.
• Perform regular site inspections for unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Safety and Compliance to ensure a safe work environment.
