The role requires leading and instructing field teams, coordinating with managers, clients, and suppliers, and ensuring project schedules and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate has at least three years of construction supervision experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to read construction documents.

Qualifications

• Three years' experience on construction projects as Electrical Superintendent or Electrical General Foreman.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of scheduling and cost control; ability to supervise small to mid-sized groups.
• Good organization, multi-tasking, leadership and decision-making ability.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise construction methods, sequencing, manpower, material quantities, equipment, and schedule.
• Help train and manage other field staff.
• Manage day-to-day activities of the construction operation on multiple projects.
• Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules with milestones.
• Communicate site problems and schedules to the Project Manager and owner.
• Maintain open communication between all subcontractors to support project activities and schedule.
• Monitor safety inspections and implement corrective measures.
