Job summary

Compu Dynamics is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the planning and supervision of electrical installation projects on data center sites. You will ensure safety, manage the schedule and budget, and supervise in-house electricians and trade contractors.

Responsibilities include coordinating drawings, RFIs, inspections, and site logistics; maintaining daily logs and ensuring NEC/OSHA compliance; traveling between project sites as needed while guiding Foremen and crew to successful

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial electrical experience and supervision
• Foreman or field supervision experience
• Data center or mission critical project experience preferred
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Master Electrician license preferred

Responsibilities

• Own the planning and supervision of one or more electrical installation projects from kickoff through closeout.
• Oversee safety, schedule, budget, and quality; supervise field personnel and trade contractors.
• Coordinate inspections, RFIs, and design changes with project team.
• Prepare daily logs and maintain project documentation.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
