Job summary

Gaylor Electric, Inc. is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead electrical projects in the commercial and industrial sectors.

You will supervise crews of 25+ electricians, ensure safe installations, and deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction. You will coordinate field activities, manage materials, equipment, and scheduling, uphold procedures, conduct performance evaluations, and collaborate with owners, architects, and engineers.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Four+ years of field supervision/management experience in electrical projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise crews of electricians; ensure on-time, within-budget project delivery with safety as a priority.
Lay out project work and coordinate scheduling of materials, tools, and equipment to meet scope, budget, and schedule.
Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance; resolve issues and oversee project close-outs.
Maintain relationships with customers/clients and ensure satisfaction with project outcomes.
Conduct annual or periodic performance evaluations for assigned personnel.
Engage with owners, architects, engineers, trade contractors, vendors and other stakeholders.
