Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical project management experience.
• Experience managing commercial/industrial/healthcare construction projects.
• Knowledge of schedules, coordination, and contract documentation.

Responsibilities

• Drive project flow from inception to completion.
• Review contract and bid documents; assess scope for turnover.
• Coordinate with subs, engineers, estimators, and purchasers.
• Prepare budgets, progress reports, and cost tracking.
• Ensure compliance with building and safety codes and regulations.
• Oversee project closeouts and maintain test reports and as-builts.
