Job summary

Morley Moss is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead complex electrical construction and maintenance projects from inception through closeout. You will plan, direct, and coordinate activities, manage budgets and schedules, and support field teams to resolve issues while ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires at least 5 years of electrical project management experience, knowledge of construction documentation, scheduling, and regulations, and proficiency with MS Office

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of electrical project management experience.
• Understanding of construction schedules and project coordination.
• Knowledge of construction industry and contract documentation.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and city regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the project’s overall flow from inception to completion.
• Review and understand contract and bid documents; participate in walk-throughs.
• Coordinate with subs, suppliers, and project team to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with building and safety codes and environmental regulations.
• Oversee project closeouts, change management, and financial tracking.
