KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing seeks an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead commercial electrical projects in Indianapolis. You will own the full lifecycle of project execution—from planning and budgeting to coordinating field and office teams, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to NEC and local codes.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and scheduling skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years managing commercial electrical construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets and project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, and control project execution from handoff to closeout.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Project Superintendents, Estimators, Purchasing, and Project Accounting.
• Make strategic decisions to maintain schedule, profitability, and quality.
• Adjust schedules and execution plans as project needs evolve.
