KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing is seeking an Electrical Foreman to lead commercial electrical projects within its expanding Electrical Division. The role involves directing projects, maintaining documentation and client relationships, and guiding electricians and helpers through installation and repair of electrical systems,

Qualifications

• Foreman level experience in power and control wiring
• Possession of journeyman or Master license is a plus
• Ability to lead projects and supervise electricians and helpers
• Clean driving record and ability to pass drug screen/background check
• Knowledge of NEC and applicable local codes and OSHA safety regulations

Responsibilities

• Control and lead commercial electrical projects
• Maintain project documents and customer relationships
• Provide direction to electricians and helpers
• Perform electrical installation and repair operations to electrical systems and control systems
• Install and repair equipment such as relays, starters, switches, motors, MCCs, switchgear, transformers, and power distribution centers
• Determine conduit sizes, pull conductors, make terminations and install junction boxes
• Support wiring for retrofits, construction projects and service work
