Job summary

YES Electric, part of Kelso Industries, seeks an experienced Project Foreman in Dickinson, ND to oversee electrical construction projects from start to finish. You will supervise field crews, coordinate daily activities, and ensure work is safe, on schedule, and within budget, upholding high quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires leading teams, reading blueprints, and maintaining OSHA safety standards while coordinating with project managers and customers to meet NEC and local code

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred where regulations require.
• Minimum 5 years electrical construction experience, with at least 2 years in leadership/foreman roles.
• Strong NEC knowledge and OSHA safety requirements.
• Ability to read blueprints/electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical crews on commercial, industrial, and energy projects.
• Plan, organize, and assign daily work activities to maximize productivity.
• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and electrical drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and customers.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, local codes, and company quality standards.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce OSHA regulations.
• Monitor schedules, labor hours, and material usage.
• Order and track materials, tools, and equipment.
• Train and evaluate apprentices and journeyman electricians.
• Conduct daily jobsite meetings and safety briefings.
• Troubleshoot field issues and resolve problems.
• Complete daily reports, timekeeping, and project documentation.
• Perform quality inspections before project closeout.
