Job summary

Enbridge in Minnesota is seeking a Supervisor, Core Electrical Programs to lead a high-performing team of Project Managers in the safe, efficient delivery of electrical programs across the Major Projects unit.

In this hybrid supervisory role, you will oversee multi-year program scheduling, drive best practices across electrical teams, and partner with sponsors to maintain schedules and budgets while delivering high customer service and safe outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related construction or operational training and/or experience.
• 7+ years of directly related electrical and project management experience (10+ years if no degree).
• Strong understanding of industry standards and the ability to apply them day-to-day.
• Proven leadership, communication, and collaboration skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of up to five Project Managers, setting expectations and keeping programs on track and on budget.
• Oversee electrical program execution to meet standards, partnering with controls, safety, quality, and construction functions.
• Develop multi-year program schedules with sponsors, share status updates, and maintain customer service standards.
• Identify process gaps and drive structured improvements with peers to deliver lasting results.
• Use data-driven metrics to guide performance, resolve issues, and balance cost, schedule, and priorities.
