Job summary

Integrated Building Solutions in Minneapolis, MN seeks an Electrical Project Manager to lead electrical design-build projects across our national footprint. This role reports to the Operations Director and requires hands-on management of resources, schedules, and customer relations to ensure profitable, on-time delivery.

You will coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring compliance with NEC/NFPA 70E and company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience with electrical design-build contractors.
• Thorough knowledge of NEC and NFPA 70E.
• Ability to manage profitable, on-time projects and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Determine resources (labor, equipment, materials) from start to finish.
• Plan to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
• Oversee/manage field personnel/subcontractors daily.
