Job summary

Enbridge is seeking a Supervisor, Core Electrical Programs to lead a high-performing team of Project Managers in delivering electrical programs safely and on schedule. This hybrid supervisory role balances hands-on program management with team leadership across a multi-year portfolio.

The role requires 7+ years of electrical and project management experience with strong leadership, communication, and process-improvement capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related construction or operational training and/or experience.
• 7+ years of directly related electrical and project management experience; 10+ years if no degree.
• Strong understanding of industry and company standards; apply in day-to-day operations.
• Proven leadership skills; deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of up to five Project Managers, setting expectations and ensuring programs stay on track and budget.
• Oversee electrical program execution, aligning with standards and collaborating with controls, safety, quality, and construction.
• Partner with sponsors to develop multi-year schedules, share status updates, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Identify process gaps, implement structured change, and embed effective methods with peers.
• Use data-driven metrics to guide performance, resolve issues, and balance cost, schedule and priorities.
