Job summary

Enbridge Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Core Electrical Programs to lead a team of Project Managers in delivering electrical programs across our Major Projects unit.

This hybrid supervisory role combines hands-on program management with team leadership to ensure safe, on-time delivery and budget adherence. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in electrical project management, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related construction/operational training or experience.
• 7+ years of directly related electrical and project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Project Managers, setting expectations and removing obstacles to keep programs on track and on budget.
• Oversee electrical program execution aligning with industry and company standards with cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with sponsors to develop multi-year program schedules and communicate KPIs.
• Identify process gaps and drive structured improvements across electrical teams.
• Use data-driven decision making to balance cost, schedule and priorities.
