Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking an Electrical Project Manager in Kansas City, MO to take full ownership of $5M+ commercial electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role offers a base salary range of $130,000 to $170,000 plus bonus, a company truck and gas card, and 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision for you and your family.

You’ll coordinate with field leadership, subcontractors and clients, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure safety and codes

Qualifications

• Experience managing large commercial electrical projects, ideally $5M+.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial electrical construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Own project budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and schedule performance.
• Drive procurement and material delivery to support just-in-time execution.
• Coordinate across field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Track job progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure compliance with codes/specs.
• Run project meetings, maintain clear documentation, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
