Electrical Project Manager | Kansas City, MO | On-Site | $120K-$150K + Bonus + Profit Sharing

Must-Haves

• - 5+ years of electrical project management experience, including projects $5M+
• - Strong hands-on background in electrical systems, materials, and industry standards
• - Strong working knowledge of construction processes and local codes
• - Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and material procurement on complex commercial projects
• - Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar tools, plus Microsoft Office
• - Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
• - PMP or equivalent certification is a plus

Nice to Have

• - Experience managing projects $10M+; candidates who have led large-scale commercial work will stand out
