Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience on electrical projects $5M+
• Hands-on knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and industry standards
• Strong grasp of construction processes and local codes
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, change orders, and procurement

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Own project budgets, schedules, forecasting, and cost controls
• Coordinate procurement and material delivery to support just-in-time execution
• Lead collaboration across field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
• Manage change orders including negotiation, documentation, and execution
• Monitor job progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure code compliance
• Run project meetings, prepare reports, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders
