Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related technical discipline preferred.
• 5–10 years of experience in project management within electrical utility/industrial power EPC environments.
• Experience managing protection & control projects including relaying, switchgear, and power distribution systems.
• Strong financial management, cost tracking, forecasting, and invoicing experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead PM duties across generation, substation, campus, and data center environments.
• Manage multiple projects from proposal through close‑out within budget and schedule.
• Prepare and issue client invoices accurately per contract terms and labor rates.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, field teams, and subcontractors for project delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and close‑out packages to company standards.
• Mentor engineering staff and drive continuous improvement in PM processes.
